Alpha Chi Omega Addition & Renovation
Renovation and expansion of the existing Alpha Chi Omega sorority house at the University of Georgia. Work included a complete renovation of the existing 21,241 SF house including sleeping rooms, restrooms, common areas, social lounge, library, formal living room, kitchen, etc and a 5,318 SF Addition that expanded the dining room and chapter room and added an informal study, craft room and elevator. Addition was structural steel and concrete frame with brick exterior. Interior areas included drywall; tile, wood, LVT, and carpet flooring; vinyl wall coverings, paint, tile, and plaster walls; extensive millwork and built-in furniture in the sleeping rooms.
UGA Equestrian Clubhouse
New construction of a 6,800 SF clubhouse for the 6 time National Champion UGA Equestrian Team. Work included timberframe porches at the front & rear entrances, wood framed structure, brick and board & batten exterior, standing seam metal roofing, offices, conference room, meeting room, catering kitchen, two level locker room, sports medicine room & storage areas. Interior finishes include tile, LVT and Stonhard seamless resinous floors, wood wainscot, custom millwork and lockers.
UGA Athletic Association Boyd Golf Center
Renovation and expansion of the existing clubhouse for the men’s and women’s golf teams. Work included renovating 3,950 SF of existing space and adding 4,186 sf of new locker rooms and team areas. Building is wood frame construction with exterior brick, cement board siding, and asphalt shingle roofing. The interior consists of extensive custom millwork wall paneling and ceilings, faux wood beams, casework, and display cases; ceramic tile walls and floors in wet areas, restrooms, showers, steam room, and sauna; wood flooring, carpet, and vinyl wall coverings.
National Village Tavern
New construction of a 9,800 square feet Tavern Restaurant & Bar. This facility consists of wood framing, prefabricated wood trusses, timber frame structure over bar area, cementitious siding & trim, stone fireplace and foundation accents, metal roofing, asphalt shingle roofing, TPO membrane roofing, stained concrete floors, tile floors and walls, epoxy floors, T&G ceilings, and an extensive full service kitchen.
Pawtropolis
Design Build Contractor for the new construction of a 16,000 SF animal care facility. Work included clearing & grading, site drainage and utilities, asphalt paving and curb & gutter, a water quality “bio pond”, landscaping & irrigation, concrete foundations and slab on grade, preengineered steel building, exterior brick, EIFS, and metal siding, metal roofing, interior drywall partitions, finishes, indoor pool, outdoor pool, complete electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Reynolds Landing Main Pool
New construction of an entire community amenity and recreation complex. Work included a 7,500 square feet/ 185,000 gallon – freeform resort style swimming pool with a 20 ft high water slide and tower, zero level beach entry, 14,000 square feet of decorative concrete hardscape, children’s wet deck splash area, pool-house with restrooms, showers, and future snack bar, equipment building, trellises, pergolas, swings, playground, and multipurpose field.
